Campaign Monitor is a part of CM Group and one of the brands I have managed for 3+ years. This brand, born out of Australia is know as the "O.G." in the ESP (Email Service Provider) space. We needed a brand that matched the greatness of the product and the authority it has as a leader in the space.
Partnered with Redpepper agency in 2018 to help define a brand direction and identity for Campaign Monitor.
Most of my work has been defining that brand further through testing and experimentation, improving the user experience, defining the audience personas, and building out a better video and social proof programs.
